Homemade Sugar Free Ketchup

     Do you love Ketchup, but want to lean away from processed foods with hidden sugars!?  I have some good news to spread.  My friend, at Sallyjohnsonrd, shared her recipe with the world, and I knew immediately I had to try it.  The minute my belly experienced her Homemade Sugar Free Ketchup, I was instantly grateful Sally was born.  The entire recipe yields about a full cup, totaling 278 calories, 63g carbs, 2g fiber, 61g net carbs, 3g protein and zero fat.  It’s time to introduce this back into your life…nothing tastes as wonderful as good health!  PS  Read to the end to find my bonus Meatloaf Crumble recipe♥️

Ingredients for approximately 1 cup~

6oz Tomato Paste

1/3 cup Water

3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar (sub with Apple Cider Vinegar)

2 Tablespoons chopped Onion (sub with 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder)

1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic (sub with 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder)

Dash Salt

Cooking Spray

Chopped Onion

Chopped Head of Celery

2 pounds lean Protein (Beef, Chicken, Turkey)

1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic

1 chopped Green Bell Pepper

     Add all ingredients from first set  to blender and blend til smooth.  Voila, it’s Ketchup.  Enjoy 😉   For second set of ingredients, add Onion and Celery to skillet sprayed with cooking spray and cook til softened, crumble protein on top along with Garlic til browned, and add chopped Pepper last few minutes til crisp tender, drain excess fat, and stir in Ketchup.🥰
