Coconut Orange Creamsicle Protein Shake


     I have completely fallen in love with the new Coconut Almond Milk!!!  You have just got to try it, especially since it has only 45 calories a cup, zero carbs and 1g protein. This wonderful smooth tasting shake is only 255 calories, 6g carbs and 29g protein.  Adding Ground Flax Seeds only adds to the great nutrition and a nutty hint !!! Perfect start to any day  ;)

1 Scoop Orange Creamsicle V-Core Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed ( make sure it is GROUND)
1 Cup Coconut Almond Milk~45 cal/cup
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Paige's Handcrafted Vanillla
Crushed Ice
Magic Bullet

     Put all ingredients in Magic Bullet and Blend til smooth.  Enjoy  ;)
