Picadillo Nachos
If you are needing a fantastic appetizer or just a light meal, try out some Picadillo Nacho's!!! So simple and yummy!!! And, of course, you have to make your own Nacho's Tortilla chips !!! One serving can be yours for under 300 calories!!! :)
Ingredients~
1 Mama Lupe Low Carb Tortilla cut into 8 equal pieces
EVOO Pam
Flavoring Salt Seasonings, like Chili Lime
1/2 cup Picadillo ( refer to Picadillo recipe from yesterday)
1-2 Tablespoons Salsa
1-2 Tablespoons shredded cheese
Cilantro Leaves
Diced Green Onion
Spray Tortilla shell with EVOO, and sprinkle with seasoning salts. Cut into 8 equal parts and place on Microwave Chip maker and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let cool and they will crisp up. Top with heated Picadillo, Salsa, Cheese, Green Onion and Cilantro. Enjoy :)
