Peanut Butter Protein Truffles
These are so quick and simple to whip up! Not to mention you can have a wonderful little batch of Truffles for 274 calories, 6.5g carbs, and 32g carbs! So, why not throw together a yummy bunch today !!! Enjoy ;)
Ingredients~
1 Peanut Butter Supreme Quest Bar, crumbled
1 1/2 Tablespoons unsweetened Almond Milk ( 30 cal/cup)
1/2 scoop Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened Special Dark Hershey's Coco Powder
Grain Sweetened Organic Carob Chips
Put Quest Bar crumbles and Almond Milk in bowl and microwave for one minute, stir and slowly add in Protein Powder and blend thoroughly. Roll into small balls between palms and roll lightly in Coco Powder to cover, and top with one Chip. Store in fridge. Enjoy, no guilt! ;)
