Chicken Chili Stew

     This is Chicken Chili like you have never had !!!  Look for the new twist to the Chili broth in the recipe below!!!  Its GENIUS and its DELICIOUS !!!  I will never make Chili any other way ever again !!!  This is perfect for the cooler weather coming on!!!  Hello Fall, we are ready for you now !!!

1 Tablespoon EVOO
1 Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tablespoons chopped jarred Garlic
Dash Cayenne
2 pound ground Chicken
1 cup diced Carrots
1 cup chopped Celery
1.5 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cumin
2~15oz cans Tri-Colored Beans
16oz can Fat Free Refried Black Beans
1 ~ 15oz can diced Tomato's
1 Tablespoon Chicken Base or 3 Chicken Bouillon
3 cups Water
Garnish with Shredded Cheese, Green Onion and Greek Yogurt, and Salt as desired

     Heat EVOO in skillet and add Onion, Garlic and Cayenne til golden brown, may take 30 minutes.  Then add Chicken and cook thoroughly, breaking up into small pieces.  Add Chicken mixture and all other ingredients to Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.  Top with shredded Cheese, Green Onions and Greek Yogurt.  Enjoy  ;)
