Stir Fried Cauliflower, Asparagus and Mushrooms

     Do you want the perfect side dish to any grilled meat !!!???  Check out this riced Cauliflower Asparagus Mushroom Stir Fry !!!  YUM YUM  ;)

1 head Cauliflower, ground to rice like consistency in Food Processor, drain on towel, set aside
1 Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon EVOO
Heaping teaspoon~Tablespoon chopped jarred Garlic, depending on taste
Dash Cayenne Pepper
1 Bundle of Asparagus, diced
8oz sliced fresh Mushrooms
1/2 cup Egg Whites
Light Soy Sauce, desired amount

     Heat EVOO in skillet and add Onions, Garlic and Cayenne til golden brown.  Then add Asparagus til crisp tender, may need to add lid to cook faster.  Add Mushrooms til cooked through, Then finally add riced drained Cauliflower, and add lid to help cook thru.  When softened, add Egg Whites and Soy Sauce to desired taste. When Egg's are cooked, remove from heat and serve.  Enjoy  :)
