Roasted Pear with Maple Date Cream and Walnuts Ala Mode

     Roasted Pear with Maple Date Cream and Walnuts Ala Mode... come to momma ...  ;)  All this for less than 150 calories, please and thank you !!!

Half a Pear, about 4oz, cored
1-2 Tablespoons Maple Date Cream ( recipe below)
1-2 Walnut Halves, crumbled
1/4 cup Arctic Zero Vanilla Maple Ice Cream

     Place cored half Pear in foil lined baking dish and drizzle with 1-2 Tablespoons Maple Date Cream Syrup, then garnish with Walnut pieces and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Serve with Vanilla Maple Ice Cream.  Enjoy  :)

Ingredients for Maple Date Cream~
4 Medjool Dates, soaked in water for 30 minutes, drain water and remove pit
1 Tablespoon Erythritol
1/4 teaspoon Maple Extract
1 teaspoon French Vanilla Stevia
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk

     After draining water off Dates, remove pit and put in Magic Bullet along with the rest of the ingredients and blend til well combined.  Store in fridge, and use as you would any Maple Syrup.  Each Tablespoon has 12.5 calories, 2.8g carbs, and .13g protein.  Enjoy  ;)
