Grilled Pineapple with Coconut and Carob

     Oh boy, you are so going to LOVE LOVE LOVE this little diddy !!!  So darn simple, low calorie and high flavor !!!  It's the perfect healthy dessert, especially after a heavy meal.  The natural sweetness of all these ingredients come together to make a perfect marriage.  Each ring only has about 50 calories.

4 freshly sliced Pineapple Rings
1 Tablespoon unsweetened shredded Coconut
1 Tablespoon Grain Sweetened Organic Carob Chips

     Place Pineapple rings on hot grill with lid closed for about 3 minutes, or til browned.  Then flip and close lid for another 3 minutes, or until browned.  Remove from grill, sprinkle with chips and coconut.  Enjoy  ;)
