Orange Lemon Lime Steal Head Trout

     My friend, Bonnie, has lotsa great ideas and this was one of them !!!  It felt more like a art project vs dinner!  So very beautiful to make !  If you want to try something different, then give this citrus fun a try  ;)

Steel Head Trout
1 Lemon, sliced
1 Orange, sliced
1 Lime, sliced
Fresh Herbs, such as Oregano, Tyme, Rosemary and Basil leaves ( I used Basil and Oregano)
Diced Onion
Salt and Pepper, to taste

     Lay long piece of Fish on Parchment Paper cookie lined sheet. Brush Fish with EVOO, and top with Herbs and Onions.  Then top with sliced fruit and fold Parchment Paper to seal into tight pocket.  Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until flakes easily.  Enjoy  ;)
