Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

     Now remind me why you wouldn't want a piece of this!!!???  This decadent hearty piece of deliciousness is only 192.25 calories, 7.25g carbs and 25.75g protein.  Have I convinced you yet!!!???  YUMMO  ;)

2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Quest Bars
2 Peanut Butter Cup Quest Cravings
1 cup Egg Whites
2 1/2 cups 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1/4 cup PB2
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Grain Sweetened Organic Carob Chips

     Microwave unwrapped Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars on Pam sprayed microwave safe dish for 15-20 seconds.  Pat warmed bars one at a time onto Pam sprayed bottom of a 9" Springform pan that has been removed, then snap back into place after bottom round is covered like a crust from the bars.  Next, chop up the Peanut Butter Cups into small pieces and set aside.  Then, mix together Egg Whites, Yogurt, Protein Powder, PB2, Cinnamon and Vanilla, blend thoroughly and pour half the batter into the Springform pan.  Then sprinkle half the chopped Peanut Butter Cups on top, and gently spoon the rest of the batter on top. Finish by sprinkling the remaining Peanut Butter Cup pieces on top as well as the Carob Chips.  Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes, or til slightly wobbly.  Remove and cool, and chill in frig overnight. Enjoy  ;)
