Open Faced Toasted Marshmallow Nutter Butter

     I'm NUTS about Peanut Butter !!!  .... and, how bout if you put a little Toasted Marshmallow on top !!!  When Andrea at Andrea's Protein Cakery ( came up with Protein Marshmallow Fluff it opened up a whole new world in Protein Baking !!!  And when you see how easy and fun this is to make you will want to flutter away every day !!! Check out the Macro's at 262 calories, 7g carbs, and 26.25g protein for both nutty peanuts !!!  Get these in your life !!!  ;)

1 Peanut Butter Supreme Quest Bar
2 Tablespoons PB2
1 Tablespoon Almond Milk ( I use the 30 cal/cup )
2 Tablespoons Protein Marshmallow Fluff~

     Cut your Quest Bar in two pieces and place each square on a Silpat and pop in the microwave for 12 seconds to soften,  remove and shape each one into a peanut shape and bake at 350 for 5 minutes.  While cooling, mix PB2 and Almond milk and spread half on each one to cover the entire surface.  Then put one Tablespoon of Fluff on each one and spread to cover the entire cookie, broil on High til golden brown .. unless you like yours charred !!!  Keep a close eye as this will not take long.  Enjoy every bite and feel like a kid again !!!  ;)
