Sriracha Hummus

     Sriracha is EVERYWHERE !!! You can't escape it !!!  ... lucky us ...  If you want to add a little kick to your Hummus, then you will enjoy this simple little recipe!!!  A veggie dip or perfect topper, ... or straight from the bowl with your finger, err ... I mean spoon...  Each Tablespoon has 33 calories, 2.6g carbs, and 1g protein.  Get out the carrots ...  ;)

16oz Garbonzo Beans, drained
2 Tablespoon EVOO
1 Tablespoon Water
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 teaspoon chopped jarred garlic
Dash Cumin
Dash Lite Saltt

     Add all ingredients to Food Processor and blend smooth or to desired consistency.  Adjust water to desired consistency, adding 1 teaspoon at a time.  Enjoy  ;)
