Brownie Sundaes for Lovebirds

     Don't you just love when you can eat the bowl your ice cream is served in!?  Don't you just love when the entire sundae is only 84 calories, 3.2g net carbs and 6.1g protein!?  Don't you just love coming up with the perfect healthy dessert for Valentines Day!?  Yes, Yes and Yes!!!  Nuff said...

Ingredients for 16 Sundaes~
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1 jumbo Egg
7oz 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder or Black Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
2 Pints Halo Top Creamery (I used one Chocolate and one Vanilla)
Lily's Chocolate Chips for garnish if desired
Sprinkles for garnish if desired

     Mix together all ingredients except Ice Cream and optional garnish.  Fill Silpat lined cupcake tin 1/2 full and bake at 375 for 12 minutes.  Remove and cool enough to touch, while warm and soft press up sides of Silpat liners while still in tin.  Set in freezer til chilled and firm, remove Silpat liners and add 1 scoop (1/4 cup) Halo Top Creamery to the middle of each Brownie Sundae Bowl and garnish if desired.  Enjoy  :)
