Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

     If you could have pasta as often as you wished guilt free, would you think you had died and gone to heaven!?  Well now all your dreams can come true and you get to live to enjoy them!  With Thin Slim Foods, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is no longer on the no-no list.  Their low carb pasta opens up a whole new world of possibilities and opportunities.  Each of these 6 hearty servings are only 292 calories, 15g net carbs and 30g protein.  Time to experience the "Impastable"  :)

Ingredients for 6 servings~
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 diced medium Onion
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Garlic
Dash Cayenne
8oz sliced Mushrooms
1 pound fresh chopped Broccoli
1.5 pounds diced Grilled Chicken
14.5oz Prego Light Alfredo Sauce
8oz Thin Slim Foods Fettuccine Impastable Low Carb Pasta (thinslimfoods.com)
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 diced Roma Tomato

     Add EVOO to hot skillet, along with Onions, Garlic and Cayenne til golden brown.  Stir in Mushrooms, continue heating til cooked thru.  Stir in Broccoli, add lid on to help steam cook til crisp tender, finish by stirring in Grilled Chicken and Alfredo Sauce, turn to low and keep warm.  Meanwhile, cook Fettuccine according to directions, drain and add to large pasta bowl, top with Chicken mixture, then add Parmesan Cheese and finish with diced Tomato!  Enjoy  :)
