Healthy Orange Pancakes

     Orangecha glad I came up with this idea!?  If you haven't experienced Orange Pancakes it is high time you change that.  Change is good, ya know!  What's even better is that this entire mighty stack is only 247 calories, 14g net carbs and 36g protein....and what's even bestest is the flavor overload in every single bite.  Orange is the new Chocolate!

Ingredients for one serving~
1 medium/large seedless Orange, squeeze 1/3 cup juice from Orange
Grated Orange Rind
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1 scoop ABS Protein Pancake Powder (
No Calorie Spray Butter
Sugar Free Syrup, if desired (not included in macros)

     Mix together freshly squeezed Orange Juice, Egg Whites and Pancake Powder til fully combined, drop by rounded 1/4 cup on hot griddle til cooked thru on each side.  Spray with Butter and stack, drizzle with Syrup if desired and garnish with Orange Rind.  Enjoy  :)
