Keto Bacon Parmesan Brussels

     Vegetables are everyone's friend, eat them several times a day...and when you do, start with Keto Bacon Parmesan Brussels.  The good vibes will flow with each serving only being 123 calories, 11.5g carbs, 4.5g fiber, 7g net carbs, 6g protein and 7g fat.  Each serving is a rounded 3/4 cup.  Pairs perfectly with Salmon and sauteed Mushrooms.  Go green!  :)

Ingredients for 6 servings~
2 slices thick Bacon, diced
1/4 cup diced Onion
1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
Dash Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1.5 pounds, trimmed and finely sliced Brussels Sprouts
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
Dash Salt or Black Truffle Salt
Dash Pepper

     Brown diced Bacon, Onion, Garlic and Cayenne til Bacon is cooked thru, add Oil to skillet along with Brussels til crisp tender, sprinkle with Parmesan, season with Salt and Pepper as desired.  Enjoy  :)
