Olive Oil Green Beans

     After tasting my Olive Oil Green Beans, that was the moment I knew Keto was for me.  The taste was like none I have ever known.  Fat really does add the flavor!  Each of the 4 servings are 84 calories, 10g carbs, 4g fiber, 6g net carbs, 3g protein and 4.5g fat.  If you are pondering Keto, try this recipe and see if it helps you make up your mind.

Ingredients for 4 servings~
1 slice Bacon, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 pound fresh Green Beans
Dash Cayenne, to taste
Dash Salt, to taste

     Add Bacon, Onion and Oil to skillet cooking til Onions are light golden, add Green Beans and toss to coat, continue to cook til crisp tender.  Add lid to speed up cooking time.  Season as desired.  Enjoy  :)
