Keto Chocolate Mousse









     So I've been leaning into the Keto lifestyle and experimenting with a few new recipes.  If you want all the richness with none of the carbs, might I suggest my Keto Chocolate Mousse, it's simple simple simple and rich rich rich.  This would be considered one of the "fat bomb" treats that the low carb high fat peeps love.  Each of the four servings are 305 calories, 13g carbs, 11g fiber, 2g net carbs, 2.4g protein and 32g fat.  Try it for yourself and see what you think!

Ingredients for four servings~
2oz reduced fat Cream Cheese (sub with regular Cream Cheese), softened
1/2 stick (4 Tablespoons) Butter, softened
2 Tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit (use code Paige20 at checkout for discount)
Dash Vanilla
Dash Cinnamon
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit (use code Paige20 for discount at checkout)
Dash Vanilla
Dash Cinnamon

1 10g ChocZero 70% Dark Chocolate Square, chopped (sub with similar Dark Chocolate)

     Mix Cream Cheese and Butter til fully combined, add in Cocoa, Sweetener, Vanilla and Cinnamon til well combined, then mix in Cream til light and fluffy.  Add a scant 1/3 cup to four containers and chill in fridge.  Meanwhile, add second set of ingredients to bowl, beating til fully whipped, add 2 Tablespoons to each dessert and garnish equally with chopped Chocolate.  Enjoy  :)
