Keto Oatmeal






     Oatmeal can be one of the things you miss most living the Keto lifestyle.  A bowl of cereal can be so comforting.  So why not have it all, the best of both worlds can be yours for 232 calories, 13g carbs, 9g fiber, 4g net carbs, 6.5g protein and 17.5g fat.  Top with your favorite yummies, such as Peanut Butter, Cocoa, Natural Sweetener, Butter, Coconut, Nuts, sugar free Chocolate Chips, Berries or Heavy Whipping Cream.  Cheers to breakfast  ;)

Ingredients for 4 scant cup servings~
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup sliced Almonds
1/4 cup ground Flax Seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened Coconut Shreds
3 cups 25 cal/cup Cashew Milk

Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Dash Salt (optional)
