Keto Chocolate Coconut Cake

     Who says you can't have it all.  Keto Chocolate Cake is proof that all things are possible.  Each of the four servings of frosted cake is only 215 calories, 17.4g carbs, 3.3g fiber, 12g sugar alcohol,  2.1g net carbs, 12g protein and 24g fat.  Be prepared to experience perfection in every bite!

Ingredients for four servings~
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup Pereg Almond Flour
2 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed
1 jumbo Egg
2 Tablespoons unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2-4Tablespoons Lakanto Monk Fruit, to desired sweetness~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
2 scoops unflavored Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

1oz/2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoon Butter

1 Tablespoon Heavy Whipping Cream

     Coat inside of 2 cup Rubbermaid plastic container with cooking spray, add first set of ingredients and microwave for one minute.  Meanwhile, mix second set of ingredients and chill til ready to frost.  Garnish with Coconut.  Divide into four equal servings.  Enjoy  :)
