Keto Cauliflower

     When vegetables taste like a decadent treat, it's a good good day.  I can never get enough of this simple Keto Cauliflower, the oil brings out the richness of flavors.  Each 1/2 pound serving is only 116 calories, 11g carbs, 5g fiber, 6g net carbs, 4g protein and 7.6g fat.  Serve with your favorite Steak and Spinach Salad topped with Ranch or Blue Cheese for a perfectly balanced Keto meal.  Savor the lifestyle!  :)

Ingredients for four servings~
2 pounds trimmed Cauliflower florets
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Dash Black Truffle Salt, sub with regular Salt
Dash Pepper

     Toss Cauliflower with Oil, spread on parchment lined pan, season with Salt and Pepper, roast at 400 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
