Keto Pumpkin Brownie Muffins







     Isn't it nice to have your favorites already portioned out and ready to go!?  No guessing, and fast to grab on the run.  Such is the case with my Keto Pumpkin Brownie Muffins.  Each of the 10 are only 126 calories, 12.3g carbs, 3.6g fiber, 5.4g sugar alcohol, 3.3g net carbs, 5.7g protein and 10.4g fat.  Talk about the perfect Keto treat, and these are so easy to throw together, definitely a winner all the way around!  :)

Ingredients for 10 Muffins~
3/4 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 jumbo Egg
1 scoop unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1/4 cup Pereg Almond Flour
1/4 cup Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Mix all together til well blended, reserving 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips to garnish on top.  Drop by scant 1/4 cup batter in each silpat lined cupcake liner, sprinkle with remaining Chocolate Chips.  Bake at 350 for 22 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
