Chicken & Waffles







     The hardest decision you will have with Chicken & Waffles will be to have it for lunch or dinner.  Simple answer would be have it for both and enjoy every delicious bite.  Who wants to make more decision in life than absolutely necessary, ya feel me!?  As if you needed more convincing, each Chicken & Waffle is only 238 calories, 2.3g net carbs and 38g protein.  Waffle on America!

Ingredients for 6 servings~
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1 scoop Quest Multi Purpose Protein Powder
7oz 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1 jumbo Egg
1/4 cup Bobs Red Mill Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Betterbody Foods Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla

6~ 4oz grilled Chicken Breasts

Walden Farms Pancake Syrup


     Mix together first set of ingredients, heat Waffle Iron, spray with non stick spray and drop batter by 1/3 cup on hot iron and cook to desired level of done.  Should yield 6 Waffles.  Meanwhile, grill your Chicken Breasts.  Spray each Waffle with no calorie spray Butter, top with a Chicken Breast and finish with Syrup.  Repeat for as many servings as desired.  Enjoy  :)
