Peanut Butter and Strawberry Waffles

     Scoot over PB&J, we have a little competition in town...let me introduce Peanut Butter and Strawberry Waffles.  Some might call this breakfast, some might call this lunch...who cares as long as you call me to the table!  And when you sit down to dig in you will only be consuming 268 calories, 12.7g net carbs and 27.8g protein.  So maybe we can compromise and call it a mid morning snack!  :)

Ingredients for 6 servings~
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1 scoop Quest Multi Purpose Protein Powder
7oz 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1 jumbo Egg
1/4 cup Bobs Red Mill Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Betterbody Foods Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla

1/4 cup Betterbody Foods Peanut Butter Powder, per Waffle
2 Tablespoons Blue Diamond 30 cal/cup Almond Milk, per Waffle
4oz diced Strawberries (approx 3/4 cup), per Waffle

     Mix together first set of ingredients, heat Waffle Iron, spray with non stick spray and drop batter by 1/3 cup on hot iron and cook to desired level of done.  Should yield 6 Waffles.  Mix together Peanut Butter Powder and Almond Milk til smooth and spread on Waffle, top with Strawberries.  Enjoy  :)
