Chocolate Peanut Butter Wontons

Surfing around on the Quest Nutrition Face Book yields high dividends my friends !!!  I found this fun recipe this afternoon and luckily my sweet hubby was willing to run out and grab some wonton wrappers for me to play with !!!  ... lets be honest ... there was a little something in it for him about an hour down the road...and he was very pleased with the payoff !!! The original recipe just calls for the cookie dough quest bar, but I wanted to experiment with other flavors as well, and they all turned out great and I like having an assortment to chose from.  These are fun to make and might even be nice to take for a party if you want to provide some healthy alternatives!!!  On average per wonton with dipping sauce~ 61.25 calories, 2.5gms fat, 2gms carbs, and  4gms protein !!!  Totally worth it!!!

Ingredients~
1 Cookie Dough Quest Bar
1 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar
1 Peanut Butter Cups Quest Cravings
24~ 1/2 teaspoons all natural peanut butter ( I was out so that's why you see Jif pictured in this post~ I love Mara Nantha, or make your own peanut butter)
24 Wonton wrappers
4 Tablespoons unsweetened coco
4 Tablespoons Chocolate Almond Milk  ( I use the 45 cal/cup)
4 packets of stevia
Pam
Water

Mix coco, milk and stevia in bowl and set in frig to chill.  Spray cookie sheet with Pam and lay out 8 wontons.  Put a Quest bar in the microwave for 12 seconds and divide into 8 equal parts, repeat with other bar, and chop the peanut butter cups into 8 equal parts.  Put a half teaspoon peanut butter on each wrapper and top with quest bar piece.  Wet the edges of the wonton and fold over into a triangle and pinch into wonton shape.  Spray all 8 wontons with Pam and bake in 350 oven for 8 minutes, repeat 2 more times with remaining items. Enjoy with Chocolate dipping sauce  ;)
