High Protein Blueberry Pancake with Strawberry Topping



     Blueberry Pancakes should be a staple to everyone's diet, and now it can be !!!  Have this for breakfast or a healthy snack, and enjoy the heck out of meal time !!! This is so wonderful you won't even miss the syrup  ;)

Ingredients~
1/4 cup oatmeal ( gluten free if necessary)
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Paige's Handcrafted Vanilla
Handful of Blueberries
4-6 Diced Strawberries

    Blend in Magic Bullet your oats, eggs, cottage cheese, flax, cinnamon and vanilla.  Then stir in Blueberries and cook like a pancake in Pam coated heated skillet.  When finished cooking both sides, top with diced strawberries !!!  Enjoy this highly nutritious treat any time of day !!!  ;)
