Quark Hummus

     This is not your standard ho hum Hummus!!!  Oh no, my friends!!!  We have a couple of twists and turns that you won't want to miss!!!  This recipe makes 5 cups, each 2 Tablespoons has 40 calories, 3g net carbs and 2g protein.  Great macro's for your carrots to make a swan dive into the deep end of the dip bowl!!!  ;)

2~15oz cans of Vitacost Garbanzo Beans, drained
1/4 cup Vitacost Tahini
6oz Elli Plain Quark ( can sub with Fage % Plain Greek Yogurt)
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1/4 cup diced Onion
2 Tablespoon Sriracha
2 Tablespoon Lucini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon chopped jarred Garlic
Salt, or Lite Salt to taste

     Put all ingredients in food processor and blend til smooth,  store in fridge.  Enjoy  ;)
