Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Donuts

How can these possibly be healthy!?... but they are!!! Is this real life!?  Why yes, yes it is!  Each Donut is 84 calories, 3.6g net carbs, 9g protein, so go ahead and have one, ...OR TWO, guilt free!  (okay lets get real, everyone knows I will be eating THREE....ssshhhh).    Btw, when those other slugs at the office are having their Donuts, now you can too!  :)

Ingredients for 12 Donuts~
6 Tablespoons Pumpkin Spice G Butter
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree'
7oz 2% plain Greek Fage Yogurt
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1 Jumbo Egg
1/4 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
2 Tablespoon Nutiva Coconut Flour
1 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Protein Bar, chopped into small pieces
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt or Lite Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
72 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips ( reserve for topping after baking)

Stir all ingredients together except Chocolate Chips and fill batter into Pam sprayed Donut Tin, will yeild 12 Donuts.  Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until done without over baking as Protein Powder Baking can end up dry if over baked.  Remove from oven and flip onto wire grate to cool and top each Donut with 6 Chocolate Chips while hot, for garnish.  Enjoy  :)
