Roasted Chocolate Almonds

     Roasted Chocolate Almonds are so easy and delicious, not to mention the perfect healthy gift for your honey ... or simply to put in your belly!  Each 1/4 cup is only 136 calories, 2.5g net carbs, and 6g protein.  Have these when that sweet tooth strikes, or even when it doesn't.  Snacking never tasted so good!  :)

Ingredients for 2 cups Roasted Chocolate Almonds~
3 Tablespoons liquid Egg Whites
2 cups Almonds
1 Tablespoon Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
Heavy dash Lite Salt

     Add Egg Whites to mixing bowl, whisk with fork til frothy.  Stir in Almonds til well incorporated, then add the remaining ingredients and pour onto single layer parchment lined cookie sheet.  Bake at 250 for one hour, stirring every 20 minutes.  Enjoy  ;)
