Pumpkin Spice Bread







     If gluten free, sugar free and grain free, but simply delicious, is a goal...then I have answers before they are even questions.  Not to mention, while Pumpkin may seem like it's going steady with Fall, it is free to date around all year long...no commitments.  Check out this winner with each of the 10 servings at 250 calories, 5g net carbs and 6.6g protein.  Uber healthy can be yours with a few simple ingredients, guilt free.

Ingredients for 10 servings~
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
4 large Eggs
1 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup melted Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Cloves
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Vanilla
1/4 cup Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

     Mix all ingredients except for chips, after well incorporated stir in chips reserving a few to sprinkle on top.  Pour batter into parchment lined loaf pan and sprinkle with reserved chips.  Bake at 350 for one hour.  Enjoy  :)
