Sugar Free Gluten Free Chocolate Chips






     Would you consider it a dream come true to be able to eat an entire batch of cookies!?  Whelp, dreams really do come true because I have a surprise for you.  This entire batch is only 330 calories, 31g carbs, 10g fiber, 15g sugar alcohol, 6g net carbs, 9g protein and 25.5g fat.  Not only great macros, but sugar free and gluten free too...and the taste ain't bad neither!  These are pretty much perfect all the way around!

Ingredients for one serving~
1 Tablespoon Butter, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout, use can also use just 1 or 2 teaspoons 
1 Tablespoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Salt (optional)
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Combine all ingredients together til thoroughly combined, drop by 8 equal pieces on cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 11 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
