Barbecue Meat Pie Pizza






     Have you ever tried to make a crust of meat, then just finish with  your favorite toppings!?  It's actually genius, and the options are limitless, there is nothing you can't create.  Follow below to see my awesome new sugar free find for Barbecue Sauce, total game changer.  Each of the 8 slices are only 195 calories, 3g carbs, .4g carbs, 2.6g net carbs, 25g protein and 10g fat.  Perfect lunch or dinner, add a side salad for the quintessential balanced meal.

Ingredients for 8 slices~
1 pound ground 99% lean Chicken or Turkey
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
2 Extra Large Eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Onion Salt to taste

1/3 cup G Hughes sugar free Barbecue Sauce, flavor of choice
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
2oz sliced canned Mushrooms
4 slices cooked and crumbled Bacon
1 or 2 mini Sweet Bell Peppers, sliced

Sliced Red Onion
Cilantro, as garnish if desired
Salt to taste

     Mix first set of ingredients and pat into circle on pizza pan, bake at 400 for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven, using second set of ingredients,  spread with Sauce, and top with Cheese, Mushrooms, Bacon and Peppers.  Return to oven for another 10 minutes.  Remove and top with Onion, Cilantro and Salt as necessary.  Enjoy  :)
