Avocado Cobb Salad






     Some Salads are for summer, but others are just great all year round.  And this, my friends, is a great example of a 24/7/365 plate of goodness.  All this yummo can be yours for 538 calories, 15.4g carbs, 8g fiber, 7.4g net carbs, 45.7g protein, and 32.5g fat.  And here's the beauty, no dressing necessary.  There is enough rich goodness to savor each of the distinct flavors without being masked by any extras.   Plus, I find the avocado is a perfect creamy  substitute for dressing.  This is definitely one to put on the must try list!

Ingredients for one Salad~
2 cups chopped Romaine
4oz grilled or cooked diced Chicken, prepare as desired
2 slices (19g) cooked and crumbled Bacon
1 boiled, peeled and sliced Extra Large Egg
2 Tablespoons/.5oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 small Avocado (approx 3oz), diced
5 Cherry Tomatoes
1 mini Sweet Bell Pepper, sliced
1 slice Red Onion Rings
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

     Layer and arrange on plate as desired.  Enjoy  :)
