53g Protein Breakfast Bowl

53g Protein Breakfast Bowl

If you’re looking for a simple, high-protein breakfast that keeps you full and satisfied, this 53g Protein Breakfast Bowl is the perfect solution. Made with creamy Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, whey protein powder, and ground flaxseed, this easy recipe delivers more than 50 grams of protein while using simple, real food ingredients.

This is one of my favorite meal prep breakfasts because you can make it ahead of time and grab it when you’re ready to eat. For the best texture, I recommend chilling it overnight. The ground flaxseed has time to absorb the moisture, expand, and naturally thicken the mixture into a creamy, satisfying breakfast bowl. Double or even quadruple the recipe to save time and have protein-packed breakfasts ready for several days.
