Balsamic Fuji Pork Chops

     Adding a good Balsamic Vinegar to just about anything will make you want to shout for more!!!  Pork Chops are no exception!!!  Pair with Brussel Sprouts and some fresh Baby Carrots and you have a complete meal!!!  I can't wait for you to sink your teeth into these thick tender Chops  ;)

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon chopped jarred Garlic
1 slice Bacon, cut into small pieces
4 Thick Bone In Pork Chops
1 sliced Fuji Apple
1/4 cup Vitacost Organic Balsamic Vinegar

     Heat EVOO in skillet and add Onions and Garlic til golden brown, add Bacon pieces and Pork Chops and cook thoroughly on each side, top with Fuji Apple slices and add Balsamic Vinegar to skillet and simmer down til reduced and thickened.  Serve Pork Chops with Apples, Onions and Bacon on top with Balsamic Syrup drizzle.  Enjoy  ;)
