Fudge Pineapple Coconut Yogurt

     Aloha Pineapple Yogurt, add some decadent Fudge and Coconut and you will feel yourself floating into a Tropical Paradise!!!  But reality ain't bad neither, because a cup of yogurt and a scant 1/4 cup of fudge is only 187 calories, 16g net carbs and 25g protein.  No need to wait til summer to get your Pineapple on, this is perfect all year round!!!

4 Pineapple Dannon Greek Light&Fit Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Swerve Confectioners Style Erythritol
1 cup fresh Pineapple, whipped to slush in Magic Bullet
2 Tablespoons Sweet It Vitafiber IMO ( purchased at
2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1/4 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Unsweetened Coconut Shreds, for garnish
Whipped Topping, for garnish

     Blend Yogurt, Cinnamon Swirl Protein Powder, Erythritol, and ground Pineapple in 9 X 13 pan and place in freezer, remove after 30-40 minutes and stir, repeat 3-4 times til smooth.  Meanwhile, heat Sweet It Vitafiber in microwave for 30 seconds and stir in Cacao Powder, Chocolate Protein Powder, Almond Milk, Cinnamon and Vanilla til smooth.  When Yogurt is ready, place a 1/4 of the recipe in a bowl and top with a 1/4 of the Fudge, sprinkle with Coconut and top with Cool Whip.  Enjoy  ;)
