Caramel Apple Pie Yogurt







     Who needs Caramel Apples when you can have Caramel Apple Pie Yogurt!!!???  YUM YUM  Yes Please!!!  No need to fret over fancy Ice Cream Makers, this is a simple recipe that yields wonderful results!!!  AAAAANNNNNNDDDDD, I have a new surprise ingredient waiting for you!!!  Whoop Whoop!!!  For 2/3 cup of Yogurt plus a Tablespoon of Caramel it is only 244 calories, 19.6g net carbs and 30g protein.  Just remember, an apple a day ...  ;)

Ingredients~
3 or 4 Yoplait Greek 100 calorie Apple Pie Yogurts
1 Apple Pie Quest Bar, finely diced
1 scoop Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Protein Powder
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Dried Diced Apples, extra for garnish
2 Tablespoons Swerve Confectioners Erythritol

2 Tablespoons Sweet It Vitafiber IMO Syrup (purchased at www.MySweetSolution.com )
1 scoop Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl Protein Powder
1/4 cup Walden Farms Caramel Syrup

Cool Whip, optional garnish

     From first set of ingredients, blend Yogurt, diced Apple Pie Quest Bar, Protein Powder, Dried Diced Apples, and Confectioners Erythritol and pour into 9X13 pan, cover and put in freezer.  Remover after 30-45 minutes and stir.  Repeat 2-3 times til smooth and creamy.  Meanwhile with second set of ingredients, add Sweet It to microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds on high, then stir in Protein Powder and Caramel Syrup til smooth.  Put a Tablespoon of Caramel Sauce on top of 2/3 cup of Yogurt and finish with optional Cool Whip and a few more diced Apples.  Enjoy  ;)
