Thin Slim Rotini

     I think I have reached Nirvana when I can have Pasta guilt free.  Thanks to Think Slim Foods, I can now put Pasta back into my regular rotation, and you can too.  That is if you like the idea of eating Pasta on the "reg"...!  And if you like the idea of low calorie, great tasting, high protein and low carb then I think you should be set!  Add my yummy meat sauce and you find yourself singing Italian before the last bite has been licked clean.  Each of these four generous servings are only 354 calories, 23g net carbs and 37g protein, with stats like these what are you waiting for!?  Check out today for low carb breads, pastas and desserts, you won't be sorry!  Ciao  ;)

Ingredients for 4 servings~
1 tablespoon Nutiva Red Palm Oil, melted (can sub with Olive Oil)
1 medium sweet yellow Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
Dash Cayenne Pepper
99% fat free ground Turkey
23.5oz Prego Farmers Market Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
7.3oz jar of Kroger sliced Mushrooms
1 bag Thin Slim Foods Impastable Rotini
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

     Heat Oil in skillet, add Onions, Garlic and Cayenne til golden brown.  Add Turkey til browned and drain any excess fat.  Stir in Sauce and Mushrooms til heated thru.  Meanwhile, prepare Pasta according to directions, drain and divide into four servings and top each with a 1/4 of the Sauce and 1 Tablespoon Parmesan.  Enjoy  :)
