Cauliflower Tots
When you think of Tots, it is usually considered a splurge food. Well now it's time to shift gears and think of it more as a veggie extravaganza (... or at least new and improved)! Check out these macros, each serving is only 148 calories, 12g net carbs and 11g protein. All the flavor you could ever want in a side dish, if you don't believe me then check it out for yourself! #totstoday
Ingredients for 6 servings~
24oz Riced Cauliflower, thawed or fresh (I use the pre bagged in the frozen aisle)
2 jumbo Eggs
3/4 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup grated Sharp Cheddar
Mix all together, shape into Tots and line on Silpat lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, flip and bake another 20 minutes or til golden brown. Enjoy :) PS Half recipe if desired.
