Berry Cobbler










     A yummy Berry Cobbler is a great option no matter the time of year, especially if you take advantage of a frozen bag of Berries.  Good form, good fashion, good food!  So why not expand your horizons and enjoy Cobbler all year round!  For each of the 9 large pieces it is only 134 calories, 9g net carbs and 6g protein.  This is seriously delicious, get yours today!

Ingredients for 9 pieces~
1 pound mixed frozen Berries, thawed and drained to dry
1/2 cup Oats, ground to powder in Magic Bullet
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/3 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
2 Extra Large Eggs
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder

1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Drain thawed frozen Berries in colander or on Paper Towels til dry, set aside.  Mix remainder of ingredients til well blended and pour into parchment lined 8X8 and top with Berries.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Garnish with Whipped Topping if desired, not included in macros.  Enjoy  :)
