Turkey Crust Pizza

     Dough no mo...hello Turkey Crust Pizza!  Why not!?  This high protein pie reigns supreme when it comes to a no carb carrier for all the things you love!  Each one of the 4 bases are only 222 calories, NO CARBS and 27g protein.  Then dress them as you will to your hearts desire, let your Pizza flag fly!  I filled mine with Sauce, Cheese, Mushrooms, Peppers and Onions for a total of 275 calories, 5g net carbs and 31g protein.  I call this the perfect meal!  :)

Ingredients for 4 Turkey Crust Pizzas~
1 pound 93% ground Turkey
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
1 jumbo Egg
Season as desired, I used a Garlic Lovers Spice ( I recommend Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion)

1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
1/4 cup shredded Cheese
1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
Sliced Bell Peppers
Sliced Red Onions

Mix first set of ingredients til thoroughly combined, divide into 4 equal parts and pat into individual circles and lay on foil lined cookie sheet, bake at 400 for 20 minutes.  Remove and top each with 2 Tablespoons Sauce, 1 Tablespoon Cheese, 2 Tablespoons Mushrooms, Peppers and Onions~continue to bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes or til veggies are crisp tender and cheese is melted.  Enjoy  :)
