No Bake Cookies
Who doesn't LOVE a good No Bake Cookie!? Nobody, that's who! And how would you feel if you could have a healthy version!? Good, that's how! What do you think a serving is when each cookie is only 73 calories, 2g net carbs and 4g protein!? Atleast 3, that's how many! ...unless it's dessert for dinner....then gimmie 5! Lotsa choices, bunches of answers...final solution, just eat No Bake Cookies for a happy, healthy, fun life! ;)
Ingredients for 21-22 No Bake Cookies~
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted
1 scoop Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 cup Peanut Butter Powder
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Oats, uncooked
3/4 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount (use less if you want it less sweet)
1/3 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
HEAVY dash Vanilla
HEAVY dash Cinnamon
Mix together til fully incorporated, may be crumbly, but will harden in fridge so don't worry. If you want more of a Peanut Butter flavor, then increase Peanut Butter Powder to 3/4 cup and reduce Cocoa Powder to 1/4 cup. Weigh out 1oz portions and form into cookie shape and chill til set. Enjoy :)
