Buttermilk Chicken





     How can anything be that simple yet that good!?  The Hubs suggested we try a new trick he came across, marinating Chicken in Buttermilk overnight.  Hmmm...me thinks I likie that idear!  After putting this to the test, the results were spectacular.  This may be my new go-to, I've never had Chicken that moist.  I would share macros but I have never discovered the exact science of calculating marinades, so your guess is as good as mine!  All I know is it was all worth it!  ;)

Ingredients for 5 servings~
2.5 pounds boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
1 quart Buttermilk
Gallon size ziplock Baggie

     All ingredients to Baggie, rest in fridge overnight, grill per usual.  Enjoy  :)
