Cauliflower Pizza Crust

     So delicious, so easy, so Gluten Free!  Want your Pizza and eat it too!?  Take advantage of Whole Foods Market Cauliflower Crumbles in the Produce Department and their specialty Pizza Cheese in the Dairy Department.  Then whip this baby into action and you can have a Crust faster than you can blink your eyes.  Thank you Whole Foods for making a healthy lifestyle a little easier to pull off stress free.  This entire 6 serving Pizza Crust is only 688 calories, 8g net carbs and 52g protein.  Now that's the beginning of a party you won't soon forget!

Ingredients for the Cauliflower Crust:
1 pound/4 cups bag 365 Everyday Value Cauliflower Crumbles in Produce Section (sub with frozen crumbles)
1 cup shredded 365 Everyday Value shredded Pizza Cheese (sub with favorite cheese)
4 large Eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Italian Seasoning to taste

     Mix all together and form into crust on Silpat lined cookie sheet, bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes.  If you prefer to do several mini individual crusts, that's an option too.  Top as desired.  Enjoy  :)
