Simple Guac






     I could eat Avocados every day and I just might.  Putting on my thinking cap, I discovered how to make a Simple Guac that is easy, healthy and perfectly portion controlled.  Using a small Avocado is the key.  Pair this with a individual bag of low carb Tortilla Chips and you will be in for a savory treat that can't be beat!  Enjoy this decadence for only 136 calories, 1.5g net carbs and 1.7g protein, add Chip macros to these totals.  Ole'

One Serving~
Small ripe Avocado~should yield 3oz when peeled and seeded
1 small Lime, cut in half
Lite Salt to taste
Green Onion if desired
Pepper if desired
Tomato if desired

     Smash 3oz of Avocado with fork, squeeze half of Lime in pulp and season with Salt to taste.  If more Lime is needed, use other half.  Add Green Onion, Pepper and Tomato if desired.  And, if you want, make your own Chips by spraying a low carb Tortilla with Olive Oil spray on each side, season as desired, cut in triangles and bake at 375 til crisp.  Enjoy  :)
