Mug Cake








     Single serving Cake...I think it should be a thing...don't you!?  Think of all the problems you could solve.  Think of how many friends you would have.  Think of all the money you would save.  Okay okay, none of that is true, but it sounded good for a minute, right!?  ...well you would save money since you are only making one vs a 9X13.  And you might have more friends because you are making tasty offerings.  And who has problems when you are eating Cake.  The point is, get out your Mug and start cooking, these are good for you in every single way.  Even better, these weigh in from 273-292 calories, 5-7g net carbs and 39-42g protein.  I can't think of one bad thing to say about Mug Cake.  :)

Chocolate Mug Cake~
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Cocoa
2 Tablespoon ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Egg Whites
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/3 cup 30 calories Almond Milk

     Spray inside Mug with Pam, put all ingredients except for Almond Milk in Mug and stir to combine.  Microwave for 1 minute, pour Almond Milk over cake when ready to eat.  This weighs in at 277 calories, 7g net carbs and 40g protein.  Enjoy  :)

Peanut Butter Mug Cake~
1 scoop Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder
2 Tablespoon ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Egg Whites
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/3 cup 30 calories Almond Milk

1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel or Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Berries of choice
2 Tablespoon ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Egg Whites
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/3 cup 30 calories Almond Milk
