Brownie Sauce and Pumpkin Caramel over Fruit Nacho's







     Brownie Sauce+Pumpkin Caramel+Fruit Nacho's= LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!  ;)

Ingredients for Brownie Sauce~
1 Brownie Quest Bar, broken into bits
1/4 cup Almond Milk ( I like to use the 30 cal/cup)
10 drops Toffee Stevia
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 heaping teaspoon unsweetened Cocoa Powder

     Mix Quest Bar bits and Almond Milk in bowl and microwave for 25 seconds, stir to melt together til smooth.  Repeat again if necessary to completely dissolve.  Stir in remaining ingredients, set aside.

Ingredients for Caramel Sauce~
1 Medjool Date
1 Tablespoon Cashews, broken into pieces
1 Tablespoon reduced fat Shredded Coconut
1-2 Tablespoons Water

     Soak Date in water for 30 minutes, drain and remove pit.  Grind all ingredients in Food Processor til well blended and smooth, set aside.

Preparing Fruit Nacho~
Layer platter with one thinly sliced Fuji Apple, sliced Mango, sliced Banana, sliced Strawberries, and Blueberries.  Put Brownie Sauce in baggie and snip the corner and drizzle on top, repeat with Caramel Sauce.  Sprinkle with reduced fat Shredded Coconut, chopped Pecans and top with fresh Raspberries.  You can make your fruit any combination, but this is what I thought was best!  This is perfect for a light and healthy dessert!  Enjoy  ;)
