Toffee Iced Pumpkin Pancakes









Toffee Iced Pumpkin Pancakes ... it must be Fall !!!  Check out this 5 stack for 299 calories, 8.5g net carbs, and 48.3g protein !!!  So pull out the old grey sweater and whip some up this morning!!!  ;)

Ingredients~
1 scoop plus 1 Tablespoons Vanilla Isothority Protein Powder ( at Supplement Giant Wichita)
1 Tablespoon Almond Milk ( I like to use 30 cal/cup)
5 drops Toffee Stevia 
1/4 cup Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Soy Whip
Blueberries for garnish

  Mix 1 Tablespoon Protein Powder, 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk and Toffee drops, and chill in fridge til ready.  Then mix, 1 scoop Protein Powder, Egg Whites, Flax Seed, Cottage Cheese, Pumpkin, Cinnamon, and Vanilla.  Drop by 1/4 cup onto hot Pam sprayed nonstick skillet and cook til golden brown on each side.  Stack and top with Toffee Icing, Soy Whip and Blueberries!  Enjoy  ;)
