Bacon Wrapped Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cookie Dough








     Let's all take a moment of silence to extend the appropriate amount of  well deserved worship and respect due here...Bacon Wrapped Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cookie Dough... need I say more!?  You. Are. Welcome.!  Each cookie is 251 calories, 4.3g net carbs, and 12.7g protein.  My only problem is I can't decide if  I want it for breakfast, lunch or dinner... or all three...#decisionsdecisions...  You will seriously get weak in the knees when you feel each bite melting in your mouth.  Topped with Sea Salt Chocolate, I label this a perfectly balanced food!!!  ;)

Ingredients for 4 Cookies~
4 Quest Peanut Butter Cup Cravings
4 slices Turkey Bacon, each slice cut in half
2 Quest Cookie Dough Protein Bars, divided in two
4 squares Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Sea Salt

     Wrap 2 Bacon Halves making a criss cross around each Peanut Butter Cup, microwave each one individually in microwave for one minute, remove and cool.  Meanwhile, divide each of the Quest Cookie Dough Bars in half, microwave for 12 seconds, flatten into large circles and wrap around Peanut Butter Cups and place on Silpat lined cookie sheet seam side down.  Bake at 375 for 5 minutes, remove and top each one with Sea Salt Chocolate.  Enjoy  ;)
