Spaghetti Zoodles

     Who says spaghetti is bad for you!?  Now, it's FANTASTIC for you!!!  With my Spaghetti Zoodles you can have your pasta and eat it too!  Even better news is each hearty serving is only 377 calories, 23.7g net carbs and 30g protein.  All the flavor without any of the guilt!  Zoodle on dude  :)

Ingredients for 4 servings~
1 Tablespoon EVOO
1 large Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon chopped jarred Garlic
Dash Cayenne
1 pound 93% lean ground Turkey
2 pounds trimmed Zucchini
24oz Spaghetti Sauce
4oz sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
Diced Roma Tomato, as garnish
Dash Pepper

     Heat EVOO in skillet and add Onion, Garlic, and Cayenne til golden brown, may take 20-30 minutes.  Meanwhile, sprialize 2 pounds Zucchini in large bowl and set aside.  Add Turkey to browned Onions til cooked thru, drain fat.  Add Spaghetti Sauce and Mushroom, stir in well, pour over Zoodles, top with Parmesan Cheese, diced Roma Tomatoes and dash of Pepper.  Serve and Enjoy  ;)
